When being overpowered in your own zone, push the opposition into your OWN goalie.
Refs will call interference on it.

That was kinda stupid by Jamie Benn.
His team is up 3-1, and he goes and rips off Middleton's helmet, which of course, will aggravate Jacob.
If both go off, that is in favor of the Wild....or at worst, the ref could have just called Benn for ripping the guy's lid off.

Granted, the Wild need to actually capitalize on chances given like that, but doesn't take away the meathead thought process of Benn.
