I loved the pick of Rossi and think they need to give him time with better play-makers.  One knock in him early on - he gets knocked on his a$$ a lot.  He is not much shorter than Kirill, but clearly has a weaker (and narrower) base.  He NEEDS to fix this.  Khusnutdinov has a similar build and will also have to learn to widen and 'muscle up' down below.  Kap is the BLUEPRINT for each.  He ain't that tall, but is REALLY solid on his blades and edges.  You cannot show your stick and play-making skills while sitting on your bunghole (though Kap could, but never resides on it).....

Turned out alright.
2+hr drive to Rochester being diverted along the way since the mother in Law was taken to St. Mary's Hospital.
7 hours of getting tests and waiting on results stuck in the patient room nearly the entire time. Looooong night and then a 1/2 hour drive to her home after in the dark and Deer moving time.

Got to hear the game on the drive off and on between calls and updating people. Sounded like a decent one especially Petan tying it so quick 3-3.

Glad that turned out alright for you.

Game was decent and it turned to OT. Our 3 prospects have got 3 points that game (1 goal for Petan, and 2 assists for Giroux and Walker). But the best  of our last game (cherry on cake) this 2022-2023 regular season was the OT winning goal by Juuso Parssinen, unfortunately, into our net. Still, that was a high-level rare art in OT:

That was quite the goal. 😎 Showtime in a game that didn't matter to either.
But I did hear and then see that botched line change that led to a 2 on 0. 🙃
