Juicy Jokkinen to the Pens

@B21 Could have had him for free a week ago, but this is obviously a reaction to Crosby injury, he's a solid NHL player who scores in bunchs when he's put in the right situation....Pittsburgh is a good fit for him. My buddies and I were saying last week, it was odd to see a serviceable 3 mill guy not claimed for half price...he did something to deserve 3 mill right?

He's seen a big drop in production over the last two years. Like you said - could have had him for free.

I think Tyler Kennedy is in the dog house. They put him between Kunitz and Dupuis last night and he did not impress.

Bylsma seems intent on not breaking up the Iginla/Malkin/Neal line or the Cooke/Sutter/Morrow line. I don't blame him. Juicy centers the top line until Sid returns and Kennedy goes back to the 4th line with Glass and Adams.

Kennedy has never really been in the doghouse, I can't remember him getting scratched no matter how he plays(like the blind back pass from behind his own net to the slot last game). His determination has always been there, but with him not playing on the PK, his options are limited as he is falling further. Once Sid gets back, he's headed for the 4th line. Overpaid for a 4th liner.

4th line instead of 3rd line for a speed/"skill" player = dog house. Cooke is more suited for a 4th line role but he was kept on the 3rd line.

But yeah - for a 4th liner? Overpaid.
