Fact: girl in Georgia told police it was consensual the very night of the initial report. No assault occurred.Fact: girl in Vegas told friend she was going to accuse Ben of sexually assaulting her hoping for a cash payoff. There were several witnesses that swore to statements that the girl bragged about sleeping with him prior to the allegation, months had passed, and she never reported it to police, just filed a lawsuit. If he had won 2 super bowls for the eagles I would probably think moire highly of him too though! Oh and for many reasons I hope I never get jury duty either!
