We’re done,” reporter Jane Sims of the London Free Press tweeted from inside the court at about 11:45 a.m., during the trial that began one year after O’Reilly was accused of slamming his pickup truck into a Tim Hortons cafe in London, Ont. One minute earlier, Sims had tweeted, “No reasonable prospect of conviction. No more evidence.” Problems for the prosecution arose when the only identification witness, Mary Smith, apparently testified on cross-examination that she didn’t see anyone in the truck after the crash. radoran Posted July 12, 2016 Author Share Posted July 12, 2016 In Western New York the question isn't whether the Tim Horton's has a drive thru, but whether the drive thru has a Tim Horton's.
