Well the first two you would have to think the average goalie stops those.

The 3rd one Ivan has to get in a better position than he was.

The 4th i don't know what the f**k was going on keystone kops???

Didn't see the 5th one.

And in the time i was viewing the goals that were scored.

TK and Simmer have tied it up. Wow.

5-5.

Good thing their goalie sucks too.

What i can't figure out is why not change goalies??

Nice one Pickard f**k what a save.....NOT!!!

Send this guy back to the AHL.

Nice to have AHL goaltending in the NHL.

Flyers have the worst save percentage in the whole NHL.....give up 6 today.

Nah no goalie issue here!!!!!

I am glad we salvaged a point. But the point is why we fall so far behind in the first place?  Yes, maybe part is goal--we didn't see stellar goaltending on either side.  It just seemed we were inept until the third.

Well, I respectfully disagree with you here. On couple of goals defense left him hang out dry and Cirelli's top shelf wrister was a beauty, not many would've saved it. Sure the % .769 looks bad but IMHO it wasn't the goaltending that alone and ultimately stopped you from winning today.

Mistakes happen show me a team in the NHL that doesn't make mistakes.

The biggest issue in goaltending. 6 goals on 26 shots is just atrocious.

Then it looks like the 2nd biggest problem reared it's head today again...the PK gave up 3 goals on 4 chances. Just terrible.

Then the 3rd biggest problem seems like it got better today scoring 3 PP goals on 5 chances. Can't complain much about that i guess.

But the 3 biggest problems:

#1- goaltending worst in the NHL-literally.

#2- penalty kill the 2nd worst in the NHL.

#3- power play not sure where they rank there.

I think if you fix the 1st one maybe the 2nd one will get better. But we'll never know because Ron think an AHL goalie is sufficient!

I mean they went to the Stanley Cup with a AHL/journeyman....who needs goaltending.

It's what happens when you don't have a goaltender!!!!!

Has killed them all year and continues.

IMO your D let you down today. It was disorganised although Tampa have a plethora of talent on offense so call me unsurprised.

Bro you can disagree all you want the have the worst goaltending in the NHL.

885% before Elliott got hurt.

Till it gets better they will continue to lose.

6 goals on 26 shots is down right dreadful. I feel sorry for the fans who shelled out money for season tickets to this sh it fest.

Sure the team makes mistakes every team does.

The goalie is there to help erase those mistakes....not all but goddamn how about some.

Pickard was in the AHL for a reason. There is a reason the Leafs didn't want him.

Just like Tampa's goaltending let them down today at the end.

Good thing Vasilevskiy was hurt today or the Flyers probably get shutout 5-0 and don't even get a point.

Wonder if Gritty can play goal...

Best part of the game today.

Strange that Hak wouldn't just switch it up in goal today...couldn't have hurt.

Gordon shook the Phantoms up last night when they got down 3-0 nothing...Hak just doesn't know when to take a time out or switch goalies....seems like he never will...SMFH.

! one of the youngest d. period

goalie played really good one was on a two man pp

No he needs to stop the first two hands down. Average goaltending stops those.

Don't take my word for it... a backbreaker...the Flyer way this year...

I was commenting just this game. I watched it from start to finish. You look at the stats too vehemently or speak of them out of context. Your previous comment that Pickard should've saved Cirelli's shot shows this whole goaltending charade by the Flyers is badly under your skin. Call softies when you see them, not because you've seen them 10 times before. Losing on OT was because Simmonds forgot or wasn't bothered about the fundamentals of D. Forward or not.

No..Andrew freakin' McDud was the reason they lost....he is always the reason they lost.....

I know the stats say he was only -1 but he was on the ice for at least 3 of the goals that were scored. He sucks the life out of this team every time he steps onto the ice.

No i watched all the goals scored on the NHL.com clips. I wasn't just looking at stats.

I used my eyeballs....the stats just back up what i saw.

I watch of games around the league....i see other teams make mistakes....i see other goalies bail them out...not all the time but it happens waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more than i see a Flyer goalie bail out his team in front of him.

That is what you get the crappier the goalie the less likely he is to bail his team out.

You go get a goalie the Flames don't want or you go get an AHl goalie the Leafs don't want....well then you see what happens.

Ron settled on standing pat this offseason with what he had...he went out and added JVR and then did nothing to improve the team from the net minder stand point.

Ron made his bed. He has to lay in it. Simple as that.

And i don't have to waste my time watching this garbage.

Bro i have seen this sh it all year....i have seen 90-95% of the games.

I am a Flyer fan. I watch them i know what goes on with them. You don't have to agree with my opinion.

I am entitled to it. Stop trying to peddle me this garbage they don't have an issue in goal.

They have the worst save percentage in the whole goddamn NHL. It's all i need to know.

It's not the only thing wrong with this club but it is the biggest one.
