CreaseAndAssist
Dubnyk, Wild Shut Down Montreal 1-0 (sigh) Not that great of a game IMO. Dubnyk got a shutout, but Montreal settled for shots from the perimeter a lot and so did the Wild. They finally get some bodies near the crease and they cashed in. Still its two points that move us at least for the moment...in a Wildcard spot. Stalock better start tomorrow night.

Math
It was a turnover game. And the one who made the worst (Petry) caused his team to lose the game. Again, a huge credit for Dubnyk for making key saves. An overtime would not have been a scandal. We'll see if Claude Julien will get his $10,000 fine for openly criticizing the refs: he totally lost it, claiming that Montréal was screwed by the refs (especially Pateryn vs Domi) and that it was always like that... well, usual Habs whining. Sidenote for Habs fans: hockey is not soccer: you can actually check your opponent. It is allowed. And damn, what is the problem with Zucker. This line is just not working. He doesn't seem to even try. I looked more carefully at Domi who is also in a struggle right now (no points in his last 14 games), but at least he tried to create something and is not giving up, putting a constant effort. The most important thing is that the Wild is now 3-0 on this road trip, and not the easiest one. They can play without any pressure in Boston. ClusterChuck
@Hockey-78 I thought it was cool to end up in a Tie. That was quite the stretch run to the wire by so many this week. Everybody raised the bar this last week considering how many points were needed to take the top spot(s). One of the oddest games this year. Both teams continually trying for the pretty pass play and failing. The back and forth in the 2nd was entertaining and comical at the same time. Didn't think I was going to see a shutout by either of our guys this year. Even tho we should see Stalock tonight, I'm afraid BB will go with Dubs because of the SO.
