EmptyShelf
Our worthless A on defense rings it right around the boards to the defenseman, whom passes to center to almost make it 2-0. Sit this chump down. This $hit happens almost every game. He has no hockey IQ at the moment (if he ever did), it might have fallen off more than his 'skill.'

Alexandron
It would be helpful if we will be able to neutralize Tuch and Stone.
Alexandron
It was a good chance on rebound for Kaprizov.

Alexandron
They do not show 2 games in a row how many shots done by each team during the game.

EmptyShelf
Once again. Wide open GK in front of our net. Guess whose guy it was. He needs to be in the stands next game. No questions asked.
bbgarnett
Suter just going for a leisurely skate around the net leaving his guy wide open
Alexandron
1st PP for us in 2 games.
EmptyShelf
Passing along the boards. Did Koivu re-sign with the Wild and bring Parise down from the stands to dress? I did see a limp wrister, so we know where Suter is....
bbgarnett
seriously why do we play so far out on the PP like we need to have 2 guys net front.

Because we like to ruin the game of hockey and embarrass the Wild fans. Why do what works when you can look like imbeciles trying to change the goal of the PP towards being; Object: most non-threatening passes completed closest to the boards gets a goal... bbgarnett
Looks like Barnum and Baily are coming back for an encore

EmptyShelf
The between the legs backhand shot at the end by Kap....Interesting tool for a later date. You see new skillz from him every game. Zucc looks off tonight with passes. An albatross of how the next 2 periods will go? I don't like our game much tonight....Could change, as we are a bit jeckyl/hyde
ClusterChuck
We just showed what we need to do in those last 15 seconds. New drinking game...Everytime the word 'simplify' is used.
Alexandron
It was a nice our attack created by the end of the period. And 36 y.o. Fleury was too good. He has 10 consecutive starting games already in a row. Are we able to break his records?
lynxrattle
We somehow managed to stay in the game despite Goldies' jump at the start of the game. There was that huge flurry around Fleury at the end where we should have scored. Now I'm afraid the Goldies will have quite a lot of jump at the start of the second. Difficult game. Hang on boys! Mayhew looking fast, perhaps it's the Goldies' speed that reveals who can skate with them.

We do not LEARN from past futility very often. Since we have some more 'grinders and try hards' finally getting more PP playing time, as well as new players like Kap to the team, I am hopeful that these years of PP ineptitude will begin to end with simple effort, shots, and crashing the net....Not seeing it yet, however, perhaps you just sit the vets who embrace this failed PP strategy permanently. There are no 'style points' on the PP - a goal is a goal is a goal.
