I don't see the plight, except for the Flyers and the contract, as FC says. You can't blame the player for signing the contract. I think TS can be a really good top 4 NHL Dman. He's not nearly as bad as you think he is. And there's 4 other guys on the ice with him.
Sure, in this video he fights Murphy after a big hit on Taylor Leier, who you've never even heard of. But Lots doesn't care who you are, he's gonna be there for you. Even you! He'd be there for you. Think about that for a second.
Nah, you're keeping the thread going man, all good. Deep down you do appreciate Scott Laughton. He's a Flyer. Plays the game the right way, with plenty of grit and leadership. Sticks up for his teammates. As a a natural center, he should be better on faceoffs, which is a legitimate criticism of his game. But even his career 49.8% average is dragged down by his first few years in the NHL.
Anyway, nice to see you here paying respects to the big man.
I really liked Brannstrom in his draft year, but haven't kept tabs on his development. He better be the next Erik Karlsson, otherwise that trade is quantity over quality IMHO. And I own Jarventie in mty keeper league.
THN says the Flyers are now finally "on the right track"
Nice picture of Lots coming off the bench with the "A"

Lol, cool.
Ok, so who was his center in Halifax? Was it Parent?
Because maybe it's his center or other linemates that explains Z's 44 goals in 58 GP as a 17/18 year old, which is pretty good even in the Q.
Wierd. 'Cause his numbers in Halifax, his only year in the Q after playing 25 games in the Czech pro league, are simply
outstanding:

I didn't quote that piece, so I don't appreciate you making it look like i did. I dont need Torts to make my arguments. Especially with you.
Do better.
Lol, sure.
Here's my final word on it (for now): I don't believe for a nanosecond that SL's play could change your "outlook" on him.
There's an irrational aspect to the intensity of your dislike for him. His crimes are so disproportionate to his actual play. I don't know why, but I think it's a first impression sort of thing. You saw a first round pick and felt he should score 30 goals, regardless of his actual play.
He's a good hockey player. In all kinds of ways. So that leaves me no choice but to question whether you know what a good hockey player is.
Cheers
