He's 34 if he won't play defense in order to WIN A CUP he never will...so sad that they don't think play away from the puck is JUST AS IMPORTANT!!!! Take a body lay a shoulder into someone (legally of course)......do something that SHOWS you're trying to help. How when they reveiew this the day after or when ever as a team can he justify what we are seeing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MAY 3RD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A wonderful day today one year ago today was the GREATEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!!! My baby girl was born!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Annsley Grace!!!! Changed my life forever Jim! The sad news is that were headed to Darlington for my grandma's funeral today on her birthday. Oh well God rest my grandma soul but this is Annsley's day! Praying for a Flyer win tonight Go Flyers!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My biggest problem with Jags is he just can't hang on to the puck. He gets it and tries some stick handling to keep it and just seems to just fumble it away...his hands just aren't there anymore regardless of his speed...his skills are so diminished he just can't contribute in the playoffs like he did in the regular season. The playoffs everyone takes it up a notch...except for him it seems he can't or just that he was ALREADY playing his best and it's all he has left....

I wish i could come up with a good excuse but i'll have to give that more time i'll check back.......

That is why i was saying Gus can stay. He can surely improve but i must say i like his effort so far...he's still learning. Lilja is a pylon out there basically. He get so many block just by STANDING there and they just hit him he doesn't get in their way!

Just tired of looking at Lilja. Gus can stay. Lilja must sit. Please God!

It starts with Giroux. He didn't have the best of game and it mirrored the team. They will be motivated for the next one i bet. If but nothing but to prove something to themselves. It's destiny....... Go Flyers! Mezz will be back for game 5 bank it.

It would be nice if the Giroux line could play a little defense...but hey may it's just ME!!!

Very disappointed with Giroux's play he just mailed it in for sure...seemed like he was waiting for someone else to step up and win this thing. Will Jagr score anymore these playoffs. No way in HELL they bring this guy back next year for 3.3 mill. 2 mill maybe... ...but his play has diminished ALOT as the season has progressed. Yet no one has Jagr on blast! But there are bigger concerns beside Jagr right now. Like JVR and Briere defensive liability.

Some may disagree but to ME it was worse thean the 10-3 shalacking!!!!!! Could not believe what i was watching...a WAY LESS talented team just destroy these guys....hopefully this motivates these guys the rest of the series. They have to bring that lunch pail mentality. Amen...thank you man, that is all that matters because there are plenty of mistakes that must...MUST be cleaned up and that goes for EVERYONE! They must clean it up if they are to face the Rags the next round because they are a VERY HARD team to come back against they just play such good TEAM defense. So as they continue to FIGHT AND CLAW their way to a win i would love and 3-0 nothing shutout but there are a lot of rookies and young guys trying to come together...and i must say i'm impressed with their never say die attitudes.. ...quickly forgetting the mistakes and trying to FIX things. I don't care about the Jennings the Vezina the Calder yahdah yahdah... ...ALL THAT MATTERS IS A CUP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dude quote all the stats you want there is a team skating in front of him, HE kept THEM in IT in the first period... ...without that i believe the don't win despite what transpired the rest of the game. Read made a boned headed blind drop pass(BEHIND HIS PHUCKIN NET!!!) that led to a score, yet he gets a pass. Simmonds missed an EMPTY net but he not on blast. Bryz let in that 3rd game tieing score! No matter what things will never change in Philly it's always the goalie fault. And i'm not saying he had his best all around game but neither did Giroux in my opinion. Rust was apparent, lack of urgency early is OLD news, seems we just must accept this from this group and it may cost them verse a VERY GOOD team in the Rags....with world class goaltending! Byrz must EARN his money first the Debbies first.

This so called King of which you speak didn't save them when they needed the save to get IN the playoffs in 2010...everyone can be human at times. Yeah they swept them in the regular season but go back and look at the rosters the Flyers had a bunch of rookies in the lineup every game and never played them once with the same roster once...always had guys hurt and in and out of the lineup...on the other side the Rags were healthy for everyone..they just had better luck health wise than the Flyers all season. The Flyers have played ALL season through adversity...starting with the first game verse the blueshirts, not to long after losing their Captain for the season...playoffs are a whole different season....the slate is CLEAN!!!!!!!

Stop JUST focusing on the missed ones (yeah i know he let in softies) but he held them in it in the first, yet no mention of this...only the bad plays. If it isn't for him the way the Flyers were skating around with their heads up their assses...game may have been over. All the negative nancies around here...why you hef to be mad they WON! Chill....case you didn't notice the hall of famer on the other end cost the Devs that game but he gets a pass...

Still haven't seen a player LIKE Lindros....he's what made me start loving to watch hockey and sucked me into having to watch...there may never be another like him.
