Yes, good effort, but still no shots; no goals, no assists after 2 periods. It seems he was moved to a 1st line with EEK and Foligno, and maybe that boosted his mentality.

But he's playing at least with his size. Disrupting, Drawing penalties. More in the last 2 games than all season combined.

I think it was desperation to get something out of him, he only seems to play well with those two.

But pretty much everyone plays well with those two.

Better chemistry with EEK and Foligno, like it was last season. No chance for him to play bad; otherwise - he could be traded. He is feeling that option for him. My guess.

Because Parisé was a bit too young and the Stars were a bit tight with the cap: they couldn't give him a 6-year deal at $6.5M AAV with the full NMC/NTC package.
