Addison, Merrill and Walker were out. Interesting, regarding Walker from my observation against Boston game he was able to produce few Power Plays for us, but we were no able to produce goals from it. Actually he did this too when he played in previous games with us.

No caffeine at all at any time of the day. It is a vascular constrictor. After pain is gone you should start gradually rehab. And also try to walk during the day at least 5-7 thousands steps per day. Of course, antiinflammatory treatment should be added too for a period of time.
