The top lines were trying to be way too fancy with the puck; trying to set up the perfect chance. 4th line ends up bailing out the club with two goals but the inability of the penalty kill to understand why they can't allow the cross-ice pass (especially from down low) is beyond frustrating. What I don't get is you'll hear Hynes and the other coaches say they're being too pretty and passing up shooting opps. But they're the one's who design the plays and coach them to do just that.
