@hf101 They need moves like this, having so much commited to the 3 stars. A cap hit of 3.75 for Crosby's linemate is a nice deal. If he was not on Crosby's line, it's a tad of an overpayement....but Dupuis brings so much more than stats....the intangibles he brings makes him worth every penny.

Good to see duper staying in the 'burgh. Not an overpayment by any means. He can play on either of the top lines, and is a key cog in the Pens PK. His work effort is what every team needs.

you mean thank you dupers, he did Shero a solid signing at that number, he could have gotten more on the open market. He's a good player and for what they're projecting Horton to get on the market Dupuis could very well fetch 4.25 or more a year.
