The only thing dirty about Kronwall's hits is he always hops right before impact. If he didn't do that I'd love him. But he does it a lot and a great hit becomes a charge, hitting higher with his fat ass. Said it before... He should be suspended every time for leaving the ice. yave1964 Posted October 18, 2013 Share Posted October 18, 2013 my initial gut said suspend the bum. then I watched the hit again, trying my damndest to see it with impartiality (Kronwall being my favorite player) Then I read Kronwalls comment about it was his fault for putting himself in the position to be destroyed. That is the same argument I use when Kronner destroys some poor schmuck quite often. McLeod has never been in trouble before, though he is a hard vicious hitter. I reviewed the video again Unworthy of a suspension. One of those crazy things that happens in a bang bang play. The fact that Kronwall says he was at least equally at fault goes a long way with me. It doesn't necessarily mean he will be suspended for 5 or more. That said, Shanny just suspended Maxim Lapierre for 5 games.
