Wow BRUTAL!!!!!!!!!!! Lot's of back to back games with Caps,Pens and others! Will have to play their rears off to make playoffs. 23 games left will need at least 30 to 38 points to make it. Trades? Let's Go Flyers

 I mentioned in one of the draft threads that Philly may well have the toughest sched left in the league. The easy part is behind them, so if they make the playoffs, they deserve it.

 

 Personally I hope they get a high pick and add  to the building of the future.

@flyercanuck  If the Flyers were to win the Cup, it would be the very worst defense to do so...so yeah, I'm on the side of getting a nice draft pick. Of course, it's always great for the kids to get playoff exposure, so a tough call.

 I think getting a Dal Colle or a Ritchie for example helps the team going forward a lot more than a 5 game battering at the hands of the Bruins.

@flyercanuck  Great point, can't argue with that line of reasoning!  However, the presence of Mason would probably assure we are middle of the pack, we would need a Mase injury to fall down low enough to capture one of those elite wingers....just a guess.

 I would take a playoff birth and a half decent position for a draft pick as well.

They need to start trading/collecting for as many 2015 1st picks as possible.  Get as many tickets in the McDavid draft as they can.  I would even trade this years picks to teams I thought might be 'bottom feeders' next year.
