    The game is still sixty minutes. There was a time it was an unwritten rule to not run up a score. That era is gone. JMO but the Flyer should have kept trying to score and play in the Caps end right up to the last horn. The semi defensive mode cost the shut out/ So I advise turn off the sound and eliminate Doc and Pierre and enjoy the hits like Flyer fans have done for years. GO FLYERS

    The only problem with that is our high draft picks very rarely come through for us.

    Of late he has Giroux doubling up on lines so it is a real possibility.

    It is an old cliche you can't fire the whole team so the coach has to go. This deserves some consideration. There are many inconsistencies on this team and he has not had them ready at the start of each game. I know they are big league rs and should be ready to play but sometimes they need a kick in the butt before they remember that. It looks like this team needs a hard a$$ to light the fire.

    When the coach relies on his Time Out ploy every game it misses the mark. When I see a goalie is not in the game pray tell why can't the coach see it. Having said all that it does not excuse the less than solid play of he team.

    As for the officiating even JJ gave alittle shot to OHallaron during the game. I very rarely hear announcers indicate bias on the officials.

    I waited to see if anybody else saw hits after the whistle and the chops to our guys? Do the Jets play this style all the time?

    I still think Offense is missing. The first line is conspicuous by their absence. Giroux is an anomaly right now and I wonder why? Stands to reason if your offense is in their end the opponents probably won't score on you. JMO

    Comcast was at it's worse and after trying to get Center Ice tonigh turns out that when they fixed my problems they left me with a new one. C an anyone get me a site to see the game?

    The only bad spot was the failure to stop the breakaway muck like the other night with the Devils I hope this will not carry over to Shoot Outs.

    The only thing I thought was not right with the D was it looks like Grossman lost a step?

    IMO I thought they played well but not great. They came back strong and did get short sheeted on penalties.
