I think Sarge has a lot of value on a team with serious Cup ambitions. I would be happy with say a 2nd and prospect for him. I would rather make that move in the offseason or draft. Come next season's deadline if he is on the team they will make the same damn excuse they already made for keeping him.

One thing will help big time find Jamie a stud stay at home to help protect his 6. IMHO that kid is with the Phamtoms now. Hunter McDonald is that dude. Nothing fancy just a good ol stay at home who is sound is his own end and can help eliminate mistakes. In just 11 games with the Phantoms he was a steady +6. He will be 22 in May and I expect if give an honest chance and not blocked by some idiotic signing can lock that spot down next camp. Torts and Shaw will love him because he is going to be a plug and play guy. He needs to be top 4 and you can bump Seeler to the bottom pair or 7th. York/Sanheim McDonald/Drysdale Andrea/Risto Zamula/Seeler How I see it shaping up. No one has to agree we will certainly see.

I feel that question should have been answered assuredly before handing him that contract. It's a rebuild and the contract is even up before Michkov even comes over. It makes zero sense. And tandem money is a terrible excuse too. We completely disagree on this.
