Even the year he scored 60 goals he didn't hit 100 (came close at 97).
In fact, he has had a number of 90+ point seasons, but never quite hit that triple digit score...... he has now.

And he and his Lightning are cooking real good getting ready for what likely will be the Toronto Maple Leaves® in the post season.

I had to check his stats and damn if he'd never reached 100 points before. 98 points was the closest he ever got in 2018-19 season until this season. That is crazy to believe. 

Chris Kreider is the do it all guy for the Rangers. He ended up for the season with 52 goals and 25 assists. Amazing year for Chris. 

The season is a very long marathon and I do congratulate a team for an accomplishment like this. To do something like this you have to stay away from the long losing streaks and also the dreaded injury bug. 

The thing is the playoffs are a whole different ballgame. More like short sprints and if the Panthers come up against a hot team in one of these short series they are done. It is as simple as that. That is why I love the Stanley Cup Playoffs and the excitement of it. 

Sure the Caps have Ovechkin, but that is not going to be enough to hold off what the Panthers are going to bring to the ice.

Thanks for the welcome. I did predict the Wild to win in 7 games. 

I think all Stanley Cup Playoff matches are desirable because you really never know what to expect. The intensity is always at its highest and the crowds are just going nuts.  The match ups I think will provide the most suspense will be the Bruins/Hurricanes, Wild/Blues, and Lightning/Leafs. 

This is a series that is going to be rough. 

I am going with a bit of an underdog here and picking the Bruins in 6 games. 

I have picked and stuck with these two teams since the beginning of the season. On the Western side of the league I went with who I feel is the best team and that Colorado Avalanche. In the East there isn't a team that I don't want to raise the cup every year other then the New York Rangers so that is who I am going with there.

The Dallas defense will come to play against the Calgary Flames, but the Flames have too much of everything else.

The Flames in 7. 

Edmonton has too much offense for the Kings and I think one of the veteran goalies will standout in this series. 

Edmonton in 6. 

Home ice is going to be huge in this series and the Wild having the edge here will put them over the top in 7 games. 

This will be a hell of a series, but what I think it will come down to is the experience in the end. 

I think the Lightning will win this series in 6 games. 

With Saros most likely out I don't see how the Preds have much of a chance here.

The Rangers are my team and I am taking them all the way. They are a solid all around team that can go a long way.
