Miller Time

He should be sent to the Siberian Peninsula the piece of crap. I believe Wash made a big mistake firing Boudreau and then hiring that goon Hunter. I wish we played them tonight.

Myers and Erhoff will be a great tandum. Erhoff had a monster of a game in Vancouver. Myers will pick up some weight and hopefully gain some speed. He will crash the corners for sure. And he can shoot.

Its tough to make up ground in the West. LA is more balanced than they are. But I would take Hiller over Quick. And they do have that one deadly line. Maybe the best in the league? One of the best.

Wonder who gets a job first? Ron Wilson or Paul Maurice? I would say Wilson. Both will probably land on their feet faster than the Leafs. Kessel is going to have to carry them. Burke may be next. I knew we would catch them. Just never thought it would take this long. A big win over the Habs does not mean their problems are fixed. Let;s see how they do over the next several games.

Darcy robbed Nashville blind. I like Paul and wish him the best. But I am shocked they got a first rounder for him. Great work by Darcy. And the Hodgson deal was a win for us too. Kassian will be good. Maybe even great. But Hodgson already is!! He was cheered when he took the ice in Vancouver. Darcy is showing everyone how good a GM he is and how wrong many at the Buffalo News were.

The Sabres are playing like they were expected to play at the start now that they are not only healthy but playing way better on defense. Lindy Ruff has worked his magic once again. I am not dillusional. I know that it could go south, but I am not expecting it to. The draft picks Darcy has stock piled can be cashed in to make this team a monster. I am hoping they make it. But either way the short term future looks mighty bright. They have to get some more muscle. But Tropp played a big game in Vancouver and can be one of those guys. Hodgeson is going to have a big impact. When all is said and done, I still will take Ryan Miller over any goalie in the world.

I like our chances over Tampa because we have Miller and they just tank too many times. Some nights they lose bad like to Pittsburgh 8-1. Joke. I actually am more afraid of Winnipeg

Miller is on fire and let's hope he continues. I have little doubt he will do his part. Hoping Thomas Vanek lights the lamp in this game and Cory Hodgeson too.
