    I can agree with about lock out, it seems to unavoidable at this point, both parts are far from to make it happened. Well NFL is knocking on door, so at least something to watch during lock out. Also if NHL is going to lock out, then for us more time to spend with family and should be more sex as well.But watch out for .....

    Historically, Flyers don't draft D-man in 1st round, and I don't blame them for this, because D-man development is taking like 4--6 years, so by that time it's easy trade like that trade JVR for Shenn. And also Matta is not Pronger so center is safe way for pick, center can play right or left wing, penalties killing unit.

    why a such hype about Shenn? I think it could be next Carle. Flyers org is known for quitting on players too early, this is reason they have not won anything since 70's. I would wait with JVR and may be go ahead trade him for someone like Getzlaf.

    That's my point, then suddenly there are became a team can win everything and against anybody. I was watching games against St Louis and I tell you LA were like 2 step faster than Blues, same as against Phoenix. I don't know, but I don't believe team at 8 spot and played terrible hockey all season long then suddenly can win a cup.

    I guess nobody is taking as serious, well when this scandal came about barry bonds and sammy sosa, also nobody believed, but then it's became an issue. LA record is not perfect? 20 games and only four loses, and is it not perfect? It's perfect and phenomenal record.

    I guess it was some difficulties between him and Hunter about ice time, and he was not favorite player in this group even he is captain. And it seems to me when I translate to Russian it's about team and him, so he was not good enough and team didn't like that and look at him as it was his fault.

    well now Hunter is gone as I thought would happen. I guess it show you can fired #1 player from the roster, well but you can fire a coach anytime. Sad.

    @flyercanuck It may look crazy to you, but about 4 years ago I listen XM with Espo, and he said, most originations (owner and ect) are not looking to win a cup, but made at least two playoff rounds, because it's much profitable able then Stanley cup, because a lot bonuses due to pay and it's not just players all people who is working for hockey club.

    Ov will not go anywhere, he brought fans to Verizon center, but not Hunter or Chris Boudroe (?) for this matter. The only this org is profitable because Ov is playing for Caps. 100's different licenses plates with OV and number 8. All kids rock red with Ovechkin on their t-shirt. Hunter will gone sooner or later, I betcha team will give up on him and by December new coach for Caps.

    I feel sorry for him. Really, Tim is blew up this out proportions, he and only he (Tim) is fault in this hysteria around Bryz. Give him f.... brake. That's it. He is Russian from small town and used to different way of life, he needs to adjusted for mega city.
