Ovi has been scoring outside of his 'Office' also. Now he's even more dangerous if that's even possible.
Kappo's not as good going side to side so we better not let too many cross passes to you know where. :P
I don't usually key on losing 1 certain player but to not have Brodin in with this current D core is a serious blow.
Look at our record with Brodin playing and not. It's not just a coincidence.

I'm Guessing Rask gets called back to replace Kap. Maybe he gets a goal ...

I am also predicting our loss 5:4 in OT. Capitals will be desperate to win this game because lost yesterday 1:5 against Blues. Ovechkin usually likes to place hat tricks in our net. Hopefully not tonight. Wish to Rossi, Boldy, Dewar, Pitlick, Fiala some nice goals and assists. Wish to Kahkonen to withstand Ovechkin powerful shots. Dubnyk was not able to withstand them when stayed in our net. I heard Kaprizov really wanted to play against Ovechkin, but sadly not tonight. Our 9 mln player was injured by a predator Frederic last game.

Injury updates….

Ek is skating. He could be back Friday.

Brodin will not play against Washington.

Regarding Kaprizov, word is they hope he could play next Friday. Evason didn’t give a time frame but they hope he’s ready “next time we play.” To me, that’s phenomenal news that his playing next Friday is even on the table.

Spurgeon skating on his own. No time frame mentioned.

Talbot to skate this coming week.

Greenway didn’t clear protocol. Duhaime did and will play against Washington….provided he gets back from Boston in time.

Washington got spanked in St. Louis yesterday, so they will be prepared.  But they are a very beatable team and their goaltending is shaky.

On a side note, it looks like your team may've dodged the bullet with Kaprizov. I am hearing it's just a very deep bruise with no structural damage, although there is nothing official yet. I have him on my fantasy team, so I am rooting for him to come back soon, as well.

Thanks for the info. That's actually very good news considering what usually happens with those hits.
