Not sure about that. The Habs player kind of just relaxed and Rossi gave him a shoulder

Yeah but game was in hand and no need to rile them, And then you know it would cause them to target him and they're doing just that now.
Surprised they put Rossi back out right away.

We will disagree on this one. It wasn’t anything vicious and like I said the Habs player let up

I just looked through elite prospects link on Canadiens youngster Juraj Slafkovsky . An interesting nice sized 18 y.o. player from Slovakia 6'3"; 235 lbs. He was drafted this season during round 1; #1 overall by Canadiens. Played pretty well tonight against us and this why entire Montreal team tried to protect him. It seems he is merit attention when we will play next time against this team.

Michael Russo

@RussoHockey

Brandon Duhaime didn't play from 8:08 mark of the 2nd period. Not obvious what it is; he played full shift. Camera didn't catch what happened when he checked Arber Xhekaj. May have happened there bc looked like he grimaced leaving zone Big loss with Greenway/Foligno/Hartman hurt.

Attaboy Shaw

I like him too. We predicted him as NHLer about 3-4 seasons ago same time as Soucy. Both were from same school team and were friends. Sadly Mason missed almost a season to play in Iowa because of knee injury during a Traverse City tournament and had a couple surgeries for it. Then he had a rehabilitation period. He seems a nice fighter and warrior who could be a good improvement to our team. Last night he protected Rossi pretty well.

And that blowing in his glove before a faceoff had to be intimidating to the other center too

Maybe he had halitosis and stunned the other player enough that he had a split second advantage in the face-off circle...

Yeah, but Mikko had the Finnish "Stare of Death"...

The Care Bear stare was more intimidating than Captain Klydesdale's 'glare'.  The Wild worked so hard at trying to create this narrative of such a fierce player for a guy who had the toughness of a fresh marshmallow.
