Until they realize that they are a dysfunctional family, and their ways are failing, nothing will change. Their ex-players and their friends haven't a clue, on how to do their jobs, with any level of acuity or success. How many more fans have to abandon them, before things change? Actually Farwell didn’t last that long ,because Snider brought back Clarke. Farwell drafted Forsberg , made the Lindros deal , although we probably would have been a better team in keeping Forsberg and all those players and he also traded Dan Quinn and Murray Baron for Brindy.
