According to Russo, Walker will have his debut tonight in a 2nd line under #74.  Petan will sit. In my opinion, Dumba should sit too. And Sustr should come here from Iowa. I would like to predict our win 5:4 in OT. I think it is going to be an interesting game from both sides. Hope EEK will repeat his the most fantastic goal as he did yesterday. Wish to see more goals from Steel, Shaw, Boldy, Dewar.

Penalties taken in this game should be interesting....neither team is particularly good on the PK, and both are good to great on the PP.
Vancouver is a top 5 PP if going by efficiency.

Goalies are gonna have to play a huge part to offset some of that stuff.
Who does their part better? Gus....or Martin?

We shall see...

Ok, well, you got me.
My viewership of Wild games lately has been spotty.

Going strictly by stat sheets. :bigteeth:

I have watched a good portion of Vancouver games, and man, as lethal as their offense can be, their defense and their propensity to give up  leads, especially late, is appalling.
Something the Wild can look to take advantage of, should they find themselves down.

That was probably the prettiest goal by a solo effort all season.
Aside from Kap ofc.

I was gonna say I am impressed by Kaprizov going to the front of the net, in the down n dirty and rough parts of town (and it normally WOULD be impressive)...but Vancouver has to have one of the softest defenses in the league.
That part of town is like Easy Street when they are patrolling it.

Kap may be one of those players like Nikita Kucherov in Tampa Bay whom you don't figure to have a ton of physical strength relative to the competition he is facing....but DOES.
Kap just hit big Luke Schenn cleanly along the boards and rocked the big man.

Schenn goes about 220-225 and Kap hit him like he was a flyweight.
