It was hinted in the Athletic's post gamer that the team enjoyed Vegas in the few days leading up to the game.  I've never understood how this team can be so easily distracted that way.  Although I didn't really feel the team played all that poorly.  They didn't finish some great opportunities they had and Vegas did.

The first period I watched was pretty bad. So many passes to completely open wings, or even worse outright passes to Vegas players. 
Skating away without the puck. Completely disjointed start. 
I think Fluery probably should have had at least one of the goals he let in.
