I thought the whole thing was pretty sad and nothing more than a joke. This was the same type of BS we were all bitching about from the Pens series... It was classless! That's my accusation, and I have no doubt that I'm right. At the very least he should have held up at any one of the three times Holtby had fallen. Punches to the back of the head like that are not cool. Also the ref should have stepped in.
