This seems like a game the Wild should feel like it has a good opportunity with, but the hard-charging style of play the Flames have always makes me fear the Wild will just kind of wither against it. What do you think, enjoy and discuss?
Alexandron
Thanks MNSOTA for the nice game preview. Hope , the team will be able to win that home game, for making our fans happy before the Christmas time.
Hockey-78
Dubnyk starts but so does Talbot so it's all about which goalie sucks less. I would place the Wild as underdogs in this one. The Flames had a nice winning streak earlier and apart from their backup goalie and maybe Lucic they really don't have any downsides. Cannot fathom why they started the season so poorly under Peters. Tomdog
Under the wilds reasoning the wild should win this game as it is the 2nd of a back to back for calgary.

Hockey-78
Ah, Lou Nanne... better than Wes. Maybe Lou can get with his presence Lapanta's act together, too.

Hockey-78
After having watched Canes vs. Leafs with tremendous speed, this feels pretty lukewarm.

Yeah, the Flames can't get anything done. Mild has the upper hand atm.
Hockey-78
The Flames look tired. Even their PP is lethargic, if not outright bad.

Probably because Flames played last night against Stars, and won it at Dallas with a score 5:1.
ClusterChuck
Decent effort by our guys so far. Did I actually see a completed pass from Dubnyk to the opposite blue line?? Nice write up, MNSOTA... I often need a list just to get through any given day.

Alexandron
What a beautiful pass from Donato to Fiala , then from Fiala to Ek's goal! 2nd young line it seems has and a speed and a creativity. And now a 3rd young line placed a puck too. Kunin!!!
