Well, different strokes for different folks.  This is not a high priority in my book.

It's an attempted money grab if you ask me.  With the COVID, they're probably looking at any way to generate some income.  Question is, how many hockey fans have any disposable income at this point, and will they spend it on 'yet another jersey'?

Very interesting read about life of the NHL players inside the bubble .......

    Well worth the read......

Wow!  Didn't think it looked like much fun but to read that it wasn't....

I can't imagine that they could do that for a full season.

    Thanks for the share!

Coming back from a 3-1 deficit is a tall task, but let's also consider that teams attempting to do so had to win games on the other team's home ice.  The Flyers would be facing a game 6 in NY right now, so I'll take the neutral site game as a positive that otherwise wouldn't have been afforded.

Well it's 3-2 now.  It'll be interesting to see, I am trying to remain positive but it is tough.  Especially when they are blowing leads so late in games.

  4. Not to make excuses for them in any way but....I'm sure that this has to be a difficult situation for them all, being away from their families for this extended period.  It must be like being on a never-ending road trip.  With some of them having new babies, young babies, etc., it has to hurt.

All teams are obviously going through this as well but it may have some bearing on their play.

That being said.....Pick it up boys!!!!!  We can't have Carter Hart being the only player that seems to care!!!!

It may seem that way, but all we've really lost so far is three weeks. That's it. (And a whole lot of lives of course.) China got past Coronavirus (from start to finish) in three months total (or less). If the same thing happens here, we'll be ready to go in the fall.... and the league could still opt to finish this season and playoffs in the fall to bring closure to it and have a Cup winner OR they can just start with a new season and live with more broken league history in a league that is becoming increasingly broken. Toss in another lockout coming soon and the Stanley Cup will eventually become a bi-annually awarded trophy. :(

If you can believe anything China says.......

I think you need to give this up!
