All one has to do is watch games from a season ago with Florida. He struggled mightily at times with the Panthers. Why one would think it would be different…lord only knows. What is that you say??? You're smarter than everyone else around the whole league and think you're out smarting everyone....

He might have had value as a low minutes third pair guy and 2PP QB. But clearly he's Done But he is just 14 games from the iron man record so they will trot him out for 15, declare him legendary, and put him in the Flyer Hall of Fame 1

That and maybe the publicity of his Iron man streak being in Philly. Not impressed. What is impressive is Jason Kelce's streak of playing 118 straight games. The next longest streak among the offensive linemen??? 11 games by Landon Dickerson. Now back to the slack ass Flyers....

No. Trade him to the Canucks and maybe Jarvis where he works now can convince the Canucks to scratch him and preserve his streak....otherwise yeah who cares... Absolutely, he spent 14 years in the Stars organization (5 in Minnesota, 9 in Dallas) as a coach assistant. By far the longest streak in franchise history

Damn, now I had to Google Tony Stark (sorry for my lack of culture in this topic) and I fell on John McCook, who makes the obvious link between the Marvel universe and The Bold & the Beaufitul lovesongs. This has just made my day.

The difference between Jarvis and the guys going for the...ahem..."Iron Man" streak, Yandle and Kessel, is when Jarvis played you couldn't avoid contact for your entire career like the other two have.
