He showed flashes of that in Ottawa.
Sens never had much of a defense in front of him, so he kinda, sorta is used to seeing lots of shots and pressure.
Serving him well here.

Granted, I'd prefer the Wild NOT allow that many shots and chances, but nice to know the backup goalie has seen it all before.

Jeez, that Ducks D is godawful. They allow 40+ shots everytime, not from time to time. Gibson also took a step backward (good luck with that contract, btw) but it doesn't help if you are constantly sandblasted at high pressure. I thought they were improved with Klingberg to help in special situations but that reminds how terrible defensively he was with the Stars. Eakins is on the hot seat with Boudreau and Bérubé as the Ducks were supposed to be way ahead in their rebuild, but they are the worst team in the League.
