The greatest moments in the history of the Anaheim ducks/The mighty Ducks of Anaheim:

THE TRADE: TEEMU COMES TO HOLLYWOOD

Teemu Selanne was dealt mid way through the 1995-96 season from Winnipeg to the Ducks in exchange for Igor Tveredovsky and Chad Kilger along with a third round pick. Selanne was furious at the time but quickly got over it.mHG2CFki8GLejF2SSrPqu3A.jpgIn fact, he would later say it was one of the greatest things that ever happened to him. The Finnish Flash would go on to score 457 of his amazing 684 goals in a Ducks uniform and he just retired from the NHL this year after finishing an amazing Hall of Fame career

GIGGY GIGUERE! GIGUERE CARRIES THE DUCKS TO THE 2002-03 CUP FINALS

This was an average team at best, led by only one line, Paul Kariya led the team with 81 points, Petr Sykora led with 34 goals and Adam Oates who came over in a midseason deal had 45 points in 40 games. The team looked to be a first round out under coach Mike Babcock, but they busted their buts in the postseason and led by J.S. Giguere, the young goalie the team swept the heavily favored Red Wings in the first round, Giggy giving up only 6 goals in 4 games against the potent offense. From there they defeated the talented Stars 4-2 and then swept the Wild 4-0 before losing in a tough 7 game series against the Devils. Overall, Giguere who was awarded the Conn Smythe with a brilliant 15-6 record and 1.62 goals against and 5 shutouts, he established himself as a top tier goalie with a brilliant postseason.

FIRST TO 50: PAUL KARIYA BANGS IN 50 FOR DUCKS IN 1995-96

The perenial Lady Bing winner/candidate who epitimized grace and skill on the ice was the first ever Duck to score 50 goals for the Ducks when he did so

with this goal against the Jets on April 14th 1996. A graceful fluid skater who was just fun to watch play.

COREY HART: PERRY WINS THE HART TROPHY IN 2010-11

Corey Perry apparently never surrendered  as he absolutely owned the league in 2010-11 with a brilliant 50 goal, 48 assist season as he won the Hart trophy. In Hollywood, afterwords, he had to wear his sunglasses at night as his star was burning so bright.

STANLEY CUP CHAMPIONS! 06-07 DUCKS ROUGH UP LEAGUE ON WAY TO STANLEY CUP WIN

This team was nasty. With a top pair on defense of Chris Pronger and Scott Niedermayer there was no way they couldnt be, with the Finish Flash Selanne leading the offense (46-48-94) and a bunch of young hungry kids like Beauchimen, Perry, Getzlaf, Andy Mcdonald, and Kunitz, throw in another Niedermayer for good measure and Giguere strong between the pipes this team was built strong and tough, and coach Randy Carlyle encouraged the boys to play hard and nasty.

God was this team nasty, but no team led by Niedermayer and Pronger could be expected to be anything but. In Fact Prongers two post season suspensions in the same year, for an elbow to the head of Homstrom against the Wings and for destroying poor Dean McAmmond in the finals against the outmatched Senators is the record. Anyway, the team went 16-5 running over anyone in their way as the Ducks deservedly became the first California club to take home Lord Stanley's Cup.

 Thats all. Thanks for reading.

Haha...was gonna comment on a Mighty Ducks movie moment, but @Bertmega beat me to it..... you sneaky devil you..... wait, or is that you sneaky DUCK you....  :)

Anyways, my second vote would go to a Bash Brothers reunion....also, NO ONE knuckle pucks a shot quite like Russ Tyler.

Man, if NHL players can harness that, they'd be unstoppable !
