Someone needs to step up NOW.... the Flyers look like a different team in the third... and not a better one.

Looks like the only one it can be today is Coots seems to be the only one who wants it.

It would be nice to see Ghost do something since game one!!!!!

Alright guys GET IT DONE!!!!!!!!!!

We may have to trade for a top 3 veteran  shut down defenseman , who can move the puck, play hard nosed defense and who can play big minutes. Provorov is the only guy we have who can play D. I hope Morin makes the team.

Coots played the last two games with a torn ACL ..... HEART !!!! AND He gets a hat trick!!!!! Give him the"C" next season..... Not that I'm not a big fan of G but I think coots was the MVP of this series ,at least for the Flyers....

What is that what was wrong with him?

I hadn't seen that.

They had a good year....

I didn't think they would even make the playoffs.

Gudas needs to go.... No reason for Sanheim to be in the rafters.   The Coach is still outclassed in every aspect of the game.   PK you have Manning, God's, Filp and Lehtera at the end if the second?

Provorov was playing hurt and Couts was an absolute beast out there.   Not bad for a guy who can't skate and is only a defensive specialist to folks on this board.

Hextall needs to make the changes to better this team next year.  A 3C with a scoring touch and a goalie would go a long way to helping this team.   Trade Gudas for whatever you can get. Bury Dale in the A and buyout Lehtera.   Filp walks....

Dissapointed they lost but not going to jump off a cliff.    This is what they are as currently constructed.

Provorov tried to take responsibility for the loss... Not in my book.. he played hurt too and gud-ass choked a few ... The refs helped them on quite a few occasions... So cheer up kid you played just fine and then some .....

Hurt or not, his turnover/picked pocket led directly to the 5th goal and he was the d-man trailing Guentzel on the 7th goal.  He didn't get to -4 by accident or because of whoever the other d-man was.  He's a rookie so I get it.  There will be growing pains.  That doesn't absolve a few pretty horrid and costly plays on his part today.

Wow love the non-call by the ref on Letang but let's face it the Pens were the better team and the NHL wants another Ovechkin/Crosby showdown in the second round. It was nice to see Couturier becoming an offensive force and Provorov will keep getting better and become the number one defenseman for the Flyers. Hexie has his work cutout for him but hopefully Gudas has played his last game with the Flyers. Well on the bright side, I don't have to watch any more Eastern Conference games because I can't stand any of the remaining teams, I'll be able to enjoy the Western Conference matchups.

MCL or ACL not sure I caught the tail end of the post game interview with him but either way..

It was an MCL better than an ACL.

I've torn both not that an MCL is easy.

Just easier.

He should be good to go by October.
