Who are those guys? It's a million years since we last played the Penguins. No idea what to expect. And still no Kahkonen. Just goes to show how little confidence they have for him. Not that I wonder. They are going to play Talbot until he collapses and after that we'll keep seeing Kahkonen regardless if he can be the number two goalie or not.

Laine had a better start to this season. Getting back once healthy again could be quite a struggle for him. Bad luck there. Considering CBJ this is just a chance for other players to step up. Still I got to feel sorry for CBJ. Losing Atkinson was irreplaceable for them and they've been underdogs anyways for years. They just never seem to catch a break.

Years ago just for fun with the colleagues from my work place. I could barely skate, pass or shoot and it ain't getting better for a 51 year old. I still skate with my children, though - that is still so much fun.

No question. Addison is a keeper. I bet they would let him keep playing in the big league right now, if they weren't thinking about contracts and cap space.

I can see your point. It's a balance: First having enough TOI to have a chance of learning good habits through repetition, and then when the basic skills are there, learning through watching the best players play and playing against the best players. If you rush players, they have bad habits, and if you don't give them a chance, they'll never reach their full potential.
