His second season he dropped down to 47 points, albeit in 13 fewer games. His third he dropped again to 36 points and 58 games and this past season dropped yet again to 11 points in 21 games. Health matters. yeah, I don't lose any sleep over Patrick vs. Hischier. There wasn't much we could do about that anyway and even 2nd was a gift. Where I lose a little sleep is Heiskanen, Makar, and Pettersson. Even Glass, Necas, and Suzuki now that I'm thinking about it. Honestly not sure if that Flyer squad was the best fit for Kane off the ice... Patrick had quite the reputation coming out of Buffalo and "wet island" would not have helped.
