For the first time this season, we are a favorite (-180), with a 64% win probability.

We swept the series last year, but overall, the Ducks have the historical advantage both home and away:

The Anaheim D is OK and the goalies are playing well, but the team isn't scoring.  Neither team is good on the PP or faceoffs:

Ducks got on the board quickly, but it looks like Philadelphia has settled in and are now the ones driving the offensive chances.
Lukas Dostal in the Ducks' net has been sharp however.

Owen Tippett, at least in the early going, is looking particularly quick out there.

Hmm...Flyers trying to set up in the Ducks  zone a few times, and the forwards and defensemen on Philly don't seem to be on the same page as to how to go about that.

A couple feeds to the point where the defensemen apparently weren't ready for and the pucks exit the zone.

Well, it appears to be a trap game. I also wonder if Ersson is playing his way out of a a job? His lateral work is slow. Boosh and JJ noted he's only played twice in 22 days, but that couldn't be an excuse.

Ersson should have been a Phantom to begin the season. 

 

He looks like where he was last year in the playoffs for the Phantoms very leaky.

 

Should have been given a chance to dominate in the AHL while Hart and Sandström tend goal in the NHL.

 

But as always the illusion of them being a good playoff team has fooled them once again.

 

Will they never learn?

It appears Ersson would have the Flyers in the running for a top 2 pick.

He's been legitimately bad so far this season.

 

I think I was expecting to see this ****-the-bed game a little sooner.

The little bit I watched the Flyers didn't seem to be hanging on to pucks very well. They were skating okay from what I saw, but yesterday they looked like a team that needs to improve.

There will be games like this. They are hard to watch when they happen. 

Back to projecting if Zamula will be a 5/6 or a 7/AHL I guess.

It's a rebuild right? Well you want Cellebrini right?

 

Well then move him.

 

Don't give him away no one is saying that or make a trade for the sake of making one but get full value for him and rebuild.

 

Or 3 more years of chasing a wild card team hoping on some late magic beans.

From what i have seen lately...it's a rebuild i'm moving him to.

 

If we going to blow it up than let's blow it up. Otherwise it is still try to squeak in feel.

 

But if this 3 more year of mediocre hockey the pan then they're on path.
