Howie58
Greetings: Fanduel is showing the Wild as favorite (-118). Betql indicates a 54% win probability for the Wild: https://betql.co/nhl/game-predictions/minnesota-wild-vs-philadelphia-flyers-01-12-2024 The tale of the tape isn't much different: Neither PP is stellar and the same hold for faceoffs; otherwise similar: https://www.nhl.com/gamecenter/min-vs-phi/2024/01/12/2023020652 Historically, we've done well against the Wild, particularly at home, where we thumped them 6-2 last October. We are basically .500 away: https://flyershistory.com/cgi-bin/opponent.cgi?Minnesota_Wild I'd say this a battle between an overachiever and an underachiever. LGF! OccamsRazor
I guess it will be Fleury tonight??? Wallstedt the savior gave up 7 goals the other night i doubt the Flyers face him.
OccamsRazor
Ok i can get behind this. Nothing wrong with holding them accountable.
GratefulFlyers
Oh well Brink had it coming he was getting tossed around out there lately. He can drive play he seems to be geared toward N/S hockey, which is great. If he can add more muscle to go with his speed he can probably have a good, solid NHL career. Howie58
If you snooze....you might lose. We are anemic. Nic tries to wake the team with a fight. Not sure it mattered.
IllaZilla
So you think your team is not showing up tonight?
FD19372
Getting beat to a lot of loose pucks tonight, too slow on just about everything.

FD19372
Heck of a comeback in a tough place to play, against a team that plays well in their barn. They heard me say they were getting beat, to too many loose pucks. No quit. Edited January 13 by FD19372

These guys are just grinding. I'm proud of them. Drysdale has that drip my daughter says.

Howie58
I dozed off at 3-1. I woke up at the start of OT. Timing is everything in life. This is the new and improved Flyers.
GratefulFlyers
Good to see Foerster get a big goal and Farabee back where he belongs with Couturier and TK. The Flyers now have 8 OT / SO wins, 1 behind the Habs for 2nd in the NHL. On the road down 3-1 in the 3rd…maybe not a powerhouse Wild team, dealing with injuries as well but regardless scoring 3 straight in that barn is impressive. Happy for Hart who didn’t have his A game but made the big stop in OT and got the win.

It could definitely be the case, 8 wins since the corny 3 on 3 thing started.
