mojo1917 Posted July 1, 2012 Posted July 1, 2012 Saw on TSN he's a UFA , too lazy for cap geek, this AM. What I have seen of him I have liked, he's got good size and hands is young and I'll bet would fit well with our young guys, his little bro is here.... What's not to love? Quote
AJgoal Posted July 1, 2012 Posted July 1, 2012 I dunno. Kyle's a nice player, but he doesn't fit what this team needs. They need a top six winger, and they need more on the back end. Kyle I think is more fitted to a third line role, and we just have too much talent to bring him in. Plus, he's another center. 1 Quote
jammer2 Posted July 1, 2012 Posted July 1, 2012 (edited) @mojo1917 Ex-Spitfire, saw him play LOTS, so well versed on this guy. He's the exact opposite of of Eric. Where Eric hustles, Kyle floats. Absolutlety famous in Windsor for not giving a full effort. Even in training, the Windsor Star published a pic of him a few years ago, same spot, was a UFA and he had a big beer belly!! Everyone was thinking "geez, how bad does he want a job"? The other thing is, he does not work hard enough to deserve top 6 minutes, but does not hit a damn thing, so no good for the bottom six. Really, a power play specialist, great hands....but does not care enough to keep himself in shape. Edited July 1, 2012 by jammer2 Quote

jammer2 Posted July 1, 2012 Posted July 1, 2012 · Hidden by jammer2, July 1, 2012 - No reason given Hidden by jammer2, July 1, 2012 - No reason given I'm sure it would make the first time in NHL history that 3 sets of brothers were in the same organizaton. Schenns, Kessels and Wellwoods....not that I want Kyle, but it would make history.
The Quigster Posted July 1, 2012 Posted July 1, 2012 Is there a trend in the NHL to keep families together? Quote
mojo1917 Posted July 1, 2012 Posted July 1, 2012 @jammer2@ flyercanuck You guys have seen him for years, I've seen squat comparitively. You say he's no good , he's no good. Quote
