Here are some buyout candidates that I've seen published:

Eastern Conference:

Vincent Lecavalier, Tampa Bay Lightning

Tomas Kaberle, Montreal Canadiens

Mike Komisarek, Toronto Maple Leafs

Rick DiPietro, New York Islanders

Ville Leino, Buffalo Sabres

Jeff Schultz, Washington Capitals

Ilya Bryzgalov, Philadelphia Flyers

Western Conference

Roberto Luongo, Vancouver Canucks

Sheldon Souray, Anaheim Ducks

Shawn Horcoff, Edmonton Oilers

Martin Havlat, San Jose Sharks will not be bought out had shoulder surgery

Matt Stajan, Calgary Flames

Dany Heatley, Minnesota Wild

Paul Gaustad, Nashville Predators

Steve Montador, Chicago Blackhawks

Heatley although an obvious buyout he is injured. He missed the end of the year with a torn labrum, and would need to be medically cleared before July 5th in order to be bought out.

Stajan was mentioned as more of a possibility for next season.

We know Briere is going to be bought out, who else around the NHL is going to be bought out?

I know this isn't a buyout but Flyers need to look at Boyd Gordon he's a UFA and good faceoff guy and 3 years younger than Hall.

Hall faceoff- 59%

Gordon faceoff-55%

Flyers need waaaaay more help in the faceoff circle...puck possession would help greatly with the transition game...and take some pressure off the Captain...Gordon is younger than Hall but Flyers need one of the two.

Letang won't be bought out. He has huge trade value and has only 1 yr left on his current contract. His agent and Ray Shero have been talking. He'll either be resigned or a trade deadline deal.

I'll be surprised if Souray is bought out. He is a steady Dman and has a reasonable cap hit at $3.6mil. The Ducks are about $12mil under the cap with 19 players under contract.
