Vegas HC Peter DeBoer told his team that he felt the Los Angeles Kings wanted it more last night.  I think we can expect to face a very motivated Golden Knights team tonight.  The Wild should be motivated, but we've been saying that for the last few games and have mostly received the same effort.

Yeah, that is worrying. They realise the lack of wanting it more, yet the result has been the same ever since we got pummeled by the Avs. We would need leadership, someone to fill the void left by Foligno, and it seems no-one is taking that responsibility. We will have to trade for leadership if things don't start changing. Someone, anyone, please step up!

I think everyone should step up to play entire 60 minutes of physical fast game when Foligno is missing. I still want to see more of that from EEK; Greenway; Sturm; Bjugstad; Hartman; Johansson; Soucy; Cole; Brodin; Spurgeon; Dumba. The last 5 defensemen must be creating a real playmaking; perform shots on goal and produce goals. Practically only Suter is making easy to stop simple shots . The rest  still are more passive. Do not care much about Johnson; Bonino; Mermis and Cramarossa.

These next 7 games I'm looking as a playoff series. If we can't win 4 in regulation, We have no business being in the PO's.
And if we don't win 4, We might be looking up by that time anyhow.

While St. Louis isn't really tearing it up, Another beatdown from the Avs will make those games easier for the Blues.
We might be lucky to win 1 or 2 if we play like the last few.

Pretty sure we've been saying the Wild should be motivated for the last few years and it rarely happens.

Agreed...Until we get the fungus of the old regime sterilzed, We'll get to see our January slump right now.
Something with this season nobody can afford.
Hopefully all the new younger players and revived like Zuc won't fall into that mentality.

I abhor r violence (but love the violens🎻) yet, sometimes a team needs a good line brawl. Stand up to bullies (wish we still had him) like Brent Burns who totally abuses Kaprisov. 🏒
