  1. Myers has all the intangibles but he has been a total dumpster fire this season. As of right now I can't see how anyone can argue your point.
  2. Mathematically Eliminated #AnytimeAnywhere. There is one personal positive takeaway from this season. After being a fan of this organization for the past 35+ years I no longer really give a sh&t. I am tired of the same thing over and over... and over. Poor starts, low IQ hockey, a nonstop coaching carousel, 3 years from being 3 years away, falling behind quickly, giving up, slow players and everything else that I can't think of at the moment. I love this team but until this hockey club gets their heads our of their asses I will just try and be a casual fan. This team needs to stop overvaluing their own players and begin to deliver. It is not one player, one coach or management. It is the entire franchise at this point. Something is rotten. Chuck has a lot of work to do this off-season. Can he get it right? Maybe but I am not confident. Go Sixers. This team is not worthy of the fans attention.
  3. Maybe Scott and Fletch are just flexing their "bias for action" muscles?
  4. never a dull moment in Flyerland. Have to think there is more to this than just getting cap relief.
  5. It has been a s**t show for far too long. It is really difficult being a fan of this organization. The s**t show will continue.. stuck in perpetual mediocrity.
  6. are we still paying Bryz? Maybe see if he can fill in for a few games for some comic relief?
  7. I swear being a fan of this team is like reliving a traumatic experience every single year. I just can't watch this slop for the rest of the season. Hart is toast right now and needs to take some time to collect his head and hope that he is not "lost in the woods" any further. Just tired of this team - no identity, bad defense, bad team defense, horrendous goaltending, soft, etc... in the last 3 games against the Rags we have given up 21 goals - 21 F&CKING GOALS!
  8. I was trying to be kind - LOL. This team just does not deserve the fans attention these days. Mind boggling that we have been talking about the same issues for years, and no matter who the coach is, it clearly does not matter. was hoping to see CF's conference call today but can't seem to find it anywhere. Not that it would provide a lot of insight but he should be seeing red w/ the way this team has played.
  9. WASH, RINSE, REPEAT - the only thing consistent about the Flyers over the last decade.
  10. Good to hear from you @Podein25! Just trying to get by during these crazy times. I am excited for this Flyers Team and super happy they are back! Hope all is well on your end!!
  11. I have not been around these parts for a bit and hope everyone is doing well in these crazy times! I think I was expecting this type of game last night after the Pens games. Chalk it up to a letdown and come back tonight w/ a big game ans some work ethic. The Flyers were never in the game and they were thoroughly taken to task in every facet of the game. Losing Couts is going to make for a tough stretch. I hope Frost can add some scoring with his play-making and vision. Great first shift and then basically went missing after that... No reason to worry at this point. Sloppy game and move onto tonight.
  12. Wait a minute... I thought Coots is a 3rd line shutdown center in the NHL? What happened?
  13. The same folks whining about Hayes are the same folks that said Coots was never anything more than a 3rd line defensive specialist b/c of his skating.
  14. Honestly, it is next man up... Ghost is about on my last nerve and I honestly was hoping he was traded. I am more worried about Zalmula and the back issue. I read it was a degenerative issue which is worrisome for the long term.
