I like the deal for Rux more due to goaltending being so thin in a 16 team league. Essentially Forwards get 12 categories to goalies 6 categories. So 3 or so goalies count for 33% of the categories every week. Often you will need to sub in a backup here and there if your week starts bad. Draisaitl is so good he basically counts as 2 skaters. If you carry 3 goalies you also carry 14 skaters, so being so good you count as 2 has diminishing returns. Guentzel and Scheifele are both solid above average skaters. If vanecek regresses then it will be more even. But Swayman/Talbot/Fleury isn't bad. There are worse trios in this league.

Lol. Gonchar as defensive coach is a bit like Micheal Hayes as a wrestling agent. As Chris jericho once said "hayes loved suggesting dangerous crazy high spots he would have NEVER done himself in his fabulous freebird wrestling days." Gonchar never knew the defensive end of the ice. Why is he coaching defense?

Trade between myself and Yave. Putting on the Foil receives Claude Giroux and Pavel Francouz Sharknado receives Evander Kane and Jordan Kyrou. I loathe Evander Kane as only a Sharks(Or Buffalo, or Winnipeg) fan can. But the man in a banger league is top notch because he does nothing but shoot and hit and take stupid penalties. He plays on McDavid's Powerplay and hovers near a PPG. Since he was on Yave's IR, yave won't even feel the loss and gets Giroux and handcuffs the Avalanche tandem. I had 3 guys with C/RW with the waiver pickup of Compher, so why not? Carrying 4 goalies tends to meddle with stat compiling

Lol. Unless he suddenly has a career ending Injury, he's breaking that record. He still plays like a young man. He's still scoring 40 goals + a season. This season is only half done and he has 29 goals. Assuming he scores 20 more in the next 40 games, he is 68 goals away from the record. That's 3 seasons of scoring 23 goals.

The amount of grey hair I had certainly multiplied when the bronze game went into OT 10500 fans waiting outside, we watched our window to clean the arena for the next crowd shrink from 30 minutes to 15. LOL But yeah, if you look closely during the game winning goal you may see my team and i in the zamboni pit jump face first into the glass and start handslamming Best event I ever worked easily. You want to see a creative offensive player learning the ropes under Tortorella? Bedard is going to need major adjustments to his game at NHL level and Torts is exactly the kind of coach who would bench him for creativity. He can do it. His shot is beyond elite and his vision and passing are also elite. But he is 5 foot 9 and isn't going to be going through NHL level defenders like this right off the bat. If he can land on PP1 for whatever team he lands on and get icetime, maybe 50-60 points his rookie season. I think its going to take a few years before he is elite and hope he can grow another inch or 2(Doubtful)

If he tries to go through 3 people like this at NHL level, he will quickly get sandwiched. He will need to adjust that part of his game Elite shot and vision. Some of the angles of his goals make me go "wtf?"
