Those early Wild years and all those 1-0, 1-1, 2-1 and 3-2 boxscores interesting enough for soccer fans. Halstol has a lot more to work with than Lemaire ever did. Lemaire commonly went with seven defensemen in his lineups, and for a time had likable lug Alex Henry on the fourth line wing spot...

5 - 2 Wild win. There really can be no excuse to lose twice in a row against a team this lacking.

My prediction is even bigger 7:2 for our win. At least 40 shots we must to make towards their net as well as a must win game for us too. Agree. No excuses at all if we lose this game.

According to Russo tonight lines are:

Kaprizov - Gaudreau -Zuccarello;

Foligno - EEK - Fiala;

Greenway - Hartman - Pitlick

Duhaime - Sturm - Bjugstad;

Talbot is in net.

I still would prefer to see

Foligno-EEK - Fiala;

Kaprizov -Hartman- Zuccarello;

Duhaime- Sturm - Bjugstad;

Greenway - Gaudreau - Pitlick.

If the 4th line will not show anything, then they should be benched and replaced by players from Iowa:

Rau - Rossi- Beckman.

We need a better speed for our team as well as production. And I think the youngsters from Iowa able to supply that need.

I like your line combinations better as well.
Another tactic would be add in greenway, pitlick and gaudreau one at a time to one of the better lines to judge their output. If they struggle, demote them.

My thoughts exactly.  I don't see much from Gaudreau that validates his positions on Top lines, and I also don't see much from Greenway to crow about.  Pitlick has looked decent.....for now.  I want Rossi up now, and Beckman, and possibly Nick Swaney.  Rau has run his course for me.

Sadly to say I see Gaudreau as the best of those three, but definetly not first line material.

Beckman definetlly deserves to be here.

I'm pretty sure this game will be completly different from the last kracken game.

The regulars are back and they have seen seatle play now.

Seatle gets a little advantage on first time games as teams havn't had a chance to scout them.

Agree about Swaney too. I forgot about him , because I lost an interest to the Iowa Wild team. Promising presenting an interest players from Iowa should play here, but not players which were signed this summer and not presenting an interest a lot for me.

what did hartman do to be punished by playing with greenway and pitlick

He did not do anything, but  sadly they put him with Greenway; Pitlick, which are low scoring players. He should play in a second line together with Kaprizov and Zuccarello. All 3 together can produce. Gaudreu is also a low scoring player, but they placed him in a 1st line as a center, which is a mistake.
