I think Ferraro might give him a run for his money there this year. Martinez seems a bit....Older this year. Hard to put into words. just noticed while watching Lehner games that martinez isn't quite 100%. His hits have been fewer and fewer over the past few years. He used to be a hit machine. But he just stopped throwing them one year. My all star team isn't great this year. Too many goalie injuries and top players underperforming. Kevin Shattenkirk is my best player for heaven sakes.

Years ago, I insisted Toews and Kane's cap hits would cripple the team and their ability to retain talent and compete. Some argued they were so good and clutch that they could play with a 3rd and 4th line of rookies and bad bottom 3 dmen and win. Time has been favorable to my views lol

No nhl player, but several people have had this surgery over the last 20 years. It's considered superior to the fusion surgery because, well, you will still have motion. Fusion surgery limits motion after the surgery in way 99% of athletes complain about.

I pick up Tuch every year in fantasy and think he will break out and every year I drop him within 2 weeks. He's 25 and his best season is 20 goals and 52 points. That was 2 years ago. It's been "meh" since. He's a solid middle 6 option Ala donskoi, but not likely to ever be a top line player. He failed when given the opportunity at top line several times. Unless he is a super late bloomer. Peyton Krebs is a loss. Guy has offensive potential for days

Kane is just trouble. He wants the basketball superstar life. He wants to be a badboy with an entourage, snorting coke and gambling millions and be an annoying personality as opposed to a role model. Most of them can get away with that crap in basketball. That sort of personality doesn't jive with hockey.

I dunno yave. Ive seen plenty of Gambrell and he gets physically pushed around at NHL level and isn't particularly good at anything except occasional PK. They gave him chances in the top 9, even top 6 a bunch of times during the last 2 years. He always got pushed to the 4th or bench. At this point Dahlin, Eklund, barbanov are all far superior and there are only so many spots for kids Not sure why his AHL success doesn't translate to the NHL as I don't see many barracuda games If anything this means Weatherby has claimed that 4th line C spot for good and Wilson likes Gambrell enough to want to put him somewhere to have a chance. Ottawa has injuries to their 2nd, 3rd and 4th and 5th line centers lol. This is a warm body to get them through a crisis

Hyman 5 goals in his first 5 games. Been a phenomenal fit and addition to the Oilers. Could you imagine the meltdown if Hyman scores more goals than Matthews this season?
