Okay I guess - I hope* - that's good news. He said that Risto's efforts inspired the team--he took two shots and got plastered, then hobbled to the bench and came out and did more. Keep things simple and structured for him and he might be okay. maybe never worth his contract, but not terrible either. This was another fun win. Sunday is a much tougher opponent. Torts' comments about tanking and media bashing are interesting. He said players aren't paying attention. My gut says they are. And the recent play may reflect his coaching, player growth, and player anger against the media. Maybe they want to disprove the "pundits."
