3-0 Flyers? Did i read that right? Sorry i'm at work. Neuwy's 3rd shutout of the season?????

Nice!!!! Brayden with the GWer trade him now his value will be no higher!!!

Jets laid an egg and played down to the Flyers. Overheard after in the concourse: "That was probably the most boring hockey game I've ever seen." There your have it: Flyer strategy is to bore the other teams to death.

Flyers played well. A 60 minute effort. Neuvirth saved their arse several times. The power play looked awesome all night going 2 for 5.

Neuvy was very good. The Jets PK was very passive, basically let the Flyers do what they wanted. Flyers seemed to be destroying them on faceoffs too, which led to a lot of possession time.

So the Avs on tuesday i think you have to ride the hot goalie right now if you want try and make up ground.

Then Caps on Thursday so if Neuvy plays well versus the Avs i let him get a shot versus his old team the Caps...but really it's one game at a time.

Don Cherry whining about the McDavid injury. He said the Flyers drove him into the boards on purpose

What an old miserable senile bastard

I usually always agree with Don, but he was WAY off base here. What were the Flyers d-men supposed to do, let McDavid drive the net hard and don't make him pay the price. You drive to the net like that, expect LOTS of contact...it's the nature of the beast. They tried to cut off his lane to the net, what happened after was unfortunate but not intentional.

Totally agree. Such a boring game to watch. I tuned out in the 2nd.

Really?  I watched some of the 1st....was in and out of the room.....so I should not watch the final 2 periods.....just check out the highlights?
