They are young players. if you know anything about hocke,y many of the top defensemen on the league were inconsistent on their first few years in the league, its a very tough position. There is no excuse for 10 year vets like Voracek, but the young defensemen need more experience. But he has some very impressive save to keep these guys off the scoreboard....especially at the end they were swarming. Just a thing of beauty here... And did anyone catch the Hagg patented Andrew Macdonald taught spin move in the game??? The young Jedi learned from the master!!! And what a weapon on the power play...Ivan's 4th goal this year with the man advantage!! Off to a great start this year 5 goals 9 assists 14 points +1 in 22 games. Niskanen is rubbing off. Braun not so much...-12 on the team so far but in his defense him having to play with the defensively challenged Ghost or Sanheim is a very hard task...
