The Bruins do this, they can call guys up and they fit right in because they know what's up. A hire that bolsters organizational strength and continuity is what I'm hoping to see. It was always my issue with Gordon they didn't implement the same systems to the kid in LV and it would cause issues trying to integrate the kids when they were recalled. This never made sense to me. It should be one system devised by the Flyers head coach. It should be what he wants his kids to have a head start on learning in the AHL before they are given a chance to get a callup. That way they are prepared to jump in and help and this will also cause less growing pains once they arrive therefore in my mind being able to evaluate the talent better.
