Samifan
Bryz gives up 5 goals on 24 shots and takes the loss. 79% save percentage seems about right for Bryz. Enjoy OKC Bryz, you may be there a while.....
flyercanuck
@Samifan I'll bet ya he'd be a pretty decent ECHL goalie.
AlaskaFlyerFan
Enjoy OKC Bryz, you may be there a while..... NHL Tonight is reporting that he will have one more start for OKC then report to the Oilers.
Samifan
NHL Tonight is reporting that he will have one more start for OKC then report to the Oilers. If he gets shelled, I wonder if they reconsider. Just goes to show how desperate Edmonton is right now.
jammer2
NHL Tonight is reporting that he will have one more start for OKC then report to the Oilers. At this point, he might not even make it up to Edmonton....HA HA! Bryz and the Oiler defense are a match made in heaven....I'm willing to throw it out there right now, Bryz might give up double digit goals in one of his first Oiler starts!! My theory being, he's a stranger, so there may be no mercy if he gives up 5 or 6 quick goals.....and, the Oilers might be inclined to rest Dubnyk even if Bryz is being totally shelled. I might have to stay up late to see Bryz's debut, this is gonna be GREAT!!
delcofan
on 24 shots. The Oklahoma City Barons must be blocking too many shots.

yave1964
The Oilers traded their best defenseman to the Flames, Ladislvav Smid. Not that it matters. Bryz would turn Lidstrom and Orr into minus players.
Chicago Hawkie
@yave1964 "The Oilers traded their best defenseman to the Flames, Ladislvav Smid." Not a good move by the Oilers IMO ... and I'm surprised they traded him to rival Calgary, of all teams. Although, trades between archrivals have happened before, just not often.

hf101
Bryzgalov stops 25 of 26 shots for Oklahoma City in 4-1 AHL win over Abbotsford tonight. I guess a few more games and he will be ready to play with the Oilers.
Chicago Hawkie
@pilldoc Those wouldn't happen to be the Mighty Ducks, would they?
Samifan
Bryz called up today, man was I wrong. I thought for sure a save % under 90% would keep him in the A a bit longer.

Samifan
Since Totorella hasn't melted down and given us some good sound bites in Vancouver, hoping Bryz will be good for a few.
