Flyers need to bring the Rangers back down to earth. They are 9-1-0 in their last 10. Having won 5 in a row. Flyers are rested Rangers are coming off a win vs Montreal. Flyers have a one point lead over the NYI. It would be nice to get the win in regulation. Right?? Regardless it will be nice to come out and get the lead. They need to be brought back down to earth and end their playoff hopes. Flyers need to be up for the task. No starting slow. He's one of a few players that could legitimately take a shift on any line and be good. I think he has sneaky offense for one thing, and he's not a liability. Plus, he has a grit that other lines often lack and need. It messes with the matchups when you see him out there with G or Coots or whatever. So, I like moving him and NAK around like that. Anyway, let's focus on Scott's TOI. His career average is 12:34. This season he's a full 2 min more at 14:34. I'd be perfectly happy if by this time next year he's at 16:34. He's been a healthy scratch so I'm assuming his knee is fine and he could play. I like the option of being able to insert him in the lineup. He has a unique set of skills and can be a challenge for other teams to deal with. It speaks well of him that he's able to slide up and down the line up . I don't know if I think he's the "answer" on the second line, but he won't hurt anything there either.
